Random Facts

  • I have never served on jury duty.
  • I took piano lessons for 3 years in elementary school.
  • I am color blind.
  • I always have a song going through my head (right now it’s “Beautiful Things” by Gungor).
  • I almost failed 9th grade.
  • I graduated with honors from Georgia Tech.
  • I didn’t cry when Old Yeller got shot.
  • I still have my tonsils, appendix and wisdom teeth.
  • I eat peanut butter straight out of the jar with a spoon and a glass of chocolate milk.
  • I can blow air out of my eyes.
  • I love dogs.
  • I hate cats.
  • I consider any adult dog smaller than 10 lbs to be the same as a cat.
  • My kids have never found a potato chip so big that I couldn’t fit it into my mouth whole (the quest continues…).
  • I can touch the tip of my nose with my tongue.
  • I am terrable at speling.
  • Every year, I look forward to Noshavember.
  • I once cut off the end of my thumb on a table saw.
  • I started playing guitar in 1990 (while in college) with a guitar given to me by a friend.
  • I taught myself to play guitar because I wanted to learn to play “More than Words” by Extreme.

  • I have never missed when shooting at a deer.
  • I have never shot at a deer.
  • I have flat feet.
  • I once lost 35 lbs in 5 weeks on “The Wonderful Diet“.
  • I need to go on this diet again.
  • I love camping and fishing, but seldom do either.
  • I have never purchased a lottery ticket, but I once won $5 on a ticket I found on the sidewalk.
  • I should be working right now instead of typing this list.
